Terms of Service

Welcome to Kruu ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using kruu.pro (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Who We Are
Kruu is a scheduling and payment platform designed for independent tutors, coaches, and freelance service providers ("Providers") operating in Thailand. It allows Providers to share a public booking page and receive session bookings from their students or clients ("Clients").
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to register as a Provider. By creating an account you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and current.
3. Provider Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your service listings, pricing, and availability.
- You are responsible for fulfilling bookings you accept and for any communications with your Clients.
- You must not use the Platform to offer illegal services or to engage in fraudulent activity.
- You are responsible for any tax obligations arising from payments received through the Platform.
4. Client Responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate contact information when making a booking.
- You agree to pay for booked sessions as instructed by the Provider.
- You agree not to upload payment slips that misrepresent a transaction.
5. Payments
Kruu facilitates PromptPay QR code generation to enable direct bank transfers between Clients and Providers. Kruu does not hold, process, or intermediate any funds. All payment disputes are between the Client and the Provider. Kruu is not a payment service provider and accepts no liability for failed or disputed transfers.
6. Payment Slip Verification
Clients may upload a payment slip image to confirm a transfer. By uploading a slip, you confirm it accurately represents a genuine transaction. Uploading false or misleading images constitutes a breach of these Terms.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies are set by each Provider individually. Kruu does not enforce any specific refund policy and is not responsible for refunds between Clients and Providers. If you have a dispute, contact the Provider directly.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform (logos, design, code) is owned by Kruu. Providers retain ownership of their own profile content, service descriptions, and materials. By uploading content you grant Kruu a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the Platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kruu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Kruu (if any) in the three months preceding the claim.
10. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the Platform will be free from errors or security vulnerabilities. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time.
11. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use is harmful to other users or the Platform. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
